(HTL), a software-defined radio designer and manufacturer of solutions for use in electronic warfare, SIGINT, and ELINT applications, announced Shane Sims has been appointed as the Chief Growth Officer. As CGO, Mr. Sims will drive HTL’s expansion of critically important and unique SIGINT/EW products and capabilities to the US Department of War and its allies.
Sims has a legacy of building and leading high performing teams across the military, defense acquisitions, and defense industry. This skill set will be invaluable to foster innovative growth across all of HTL's business segments.
