May 19, 2026, HTL names Chad Kettering as CEO
Acie Vickers moves to Chairman in Blue Delta-backed Next Generation SIGINT and EW Product Company
HTL (Herrick Technology Laboratories, Inc.), a market-leading provider of SIGINT (signals intelligence) and EW (electronic warfare) products announced today that Chad Kettering has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company. In a related move, the former CEO, Acie Vickers, has moved to Chairman of the Board of Directors, as Mr. Vickers shifts to address a serious health issue.
“It is an honor and a privilege to be named CEO of HTL, especially at this exciting time as we roll out a number of new innovative products for our customers in National Security. Acie has built a world-class, cutting-edge provider of SIGINT and EW products to the Department of War, the Intelligence Community and our Allies across the globe, and I look forward to leading our team forward in developing and delivering even greater capabilities,” said new CEO Chad Kettering. He added, “We sincerely wish Acie a full and speedy recovery as he addresses the health challenges that he is facing and the entire HTL family will have him in our thoughts during his journey.”
Mr. Vickers commented, “Chad is the right person to lead HTL at this critical time and I am thrilled the Board of Directors unanimously and enthusiastically agreed with my recommendation to make him the new CEO. Prior to HTL, Mr. Kettering was a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at DRT (Digital Receiver Technology), which was acquired by Boeing. Mr. Kettering is a graduate of Lehigh University.
